How It Works
Selling your scrap with BhangarBazaar takes four simple steps — no phone calls, no haggling, no hassle. Here's exactly what happens from the moment you open the app to the moment you get paid.
Find a Verified Bhangarwala
Browse our directory of verified scrap collectors near your location. See their area, contact details (revealed on request), and service type.
BhangarBazaar maintains a live list of active Bhangarwalas in your city. You can sort by distance — no app download required.
Send a Private Inquiry
Use our secure inquiry form to contact the Bhangarwala. Your phone number stays hidden — the collector gets an email notification with your request.
Our rate limit system ensures spam is prevented. Bhangarwalas typically respond within a few hours.
Schedule a Doorstep Pickup
Agree on a convenient time. The Bhangarwala comes to your home or office. No need to pack or transport your scrap.
Pickup is available 7 days a week across our operating cities. Most pickups happen within 24 hours of request.
Get Paid on the Spot
The collector weighs each type of scrap separately with a calibrated scale. You receive cash or a UPI transfer immediately after pickup.
No waiting, no invoices. Payment is made at the time of collection at agreed rates. You can see the scale reading yourself.
Frequently Asked Questions
Is the service really free?
Yes — both browsing and pickup are completely free for scrap sellers. You are paid for your scrap, not charged for the service.
How is the price of my scrap decided?
The price is agreed between you and the Bhangarwala at the time of pickup. We do not publish fixed rates — prices depend on the material, quantity and current market conditions on the day.
What if I'm not happy with the offered price?
You are under no obligation to sell. You can always contact multiple Bhangarwalas and choose the best offer.
Do I need to sort my scrap before pickup?
Sorting by material type (metal, paper, plastic) helps the Bhangarwala assess more accurately, but it's not mandatory. They can sort on-site.
