BhangarBazaar is an online platform designed to help customers find nearby Bhangarwalas and help Bhangarwalas connect with potential customers.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, BhangarBazaar is not the buyer, seller, owner, transporter, agent or broker in transactions between users.
2. Independent Transactions
Transactions between customers and Bhangarwalas are independent transactions between those parties.
- Price is agreed between the buyer and seller.
- Quantity and weight must be independently verified.
- Quality must be checked before completing the transaction.
- Payment details must be confirmed.
- Pickup and delivery must be agreed between the parties.

Always verify: identity, material, quantity, weight, quality, price, payment, pickup and delivery arrangements.
4. Fraud and Misrepresentation
BhangarBazaar is not responsible for fraud, scams, fake listings, cheating, misrepresentation, non-payment, overpayment, underpayment, stolen goods or other misconduct by users.
5. Payments
Unless specifically stated otherwise, BhangarBazaar does not process or hold payments between customers and Bhangarwalas.
Never share OTPs, UPI PINs, passwords or confidential banking information with another user.
6. User Listings
Users are responsible for ensuring that their listings contain accurate information and that they have the right to sell or offer the listed material.
7. Prohibited Activities
- Fraud or scams.
- Fake or misleading listings.
- Impersonation.
- Selling stolen goods.
- Offering prohibited or illegal materials.
- Harassment or threats.
- Spam or phishing.
- Unauthorized collection of personal information.
- Any activity prohibited by applicable law.
8. User Reviews
Reviews and reports must be based on genuine experiences. False, abusive, threatening or deliberately misleading content may be removed.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BhangarBazaar is not responsible for losses arising from transactions or interactions between users.
10. No Guarantee
A listing on BhangarBazaar does not constitute an endorsement, certification or guarantee by BhangarBazaar.
11. Account Suspension
BhangarBazaar may restrict or remove accounts or listings that violate these Terms, applicable law or the safety of the platform.
12. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the applicable laws of India. Disputes will be subject to courts having appropriate jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
13. Changes to These Terms
BhangarBazaar may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Updated terms will be published on this page.
